About Unihouse
UNIHOUSE is a production branch of UNIBEP S.A. company, using the latest industrial technology in Poland for production of houses. It is the modular house technology in timber framing (widely used in residential construction in Scandinavia), fitting perfectly for execution of:
- hotels and motels
- multi-family buildings
- students' houses
- schools and kindergartens
- medical facilities
- nursing homes
The modular construction branch flourishes in Europe, while in Poland it is still something new. UNIHOUSE is the major Polish manufacturer of modular houses. Our production output is approx. 500 flats or approx. 50.000 m2 annually, what makes us one of the major European companies in the business. Currently, the entire production is exported onto the Norwegian market - we hold Norwegian technical approvals for execution of buildings using the modular and the panel system.
Latest technology, which we have, allows for execution of buildings up to 6 floors. We have build a factory of houses in Bielsk Podlaski, where using industrial methods, on fully automated and computerised production lines, modules are manufactured (residential, service), finished "turnkey", and even with furnished kitchen and bathroom furniture and kitchen equipment installed.
Our advantage is also our own, modern carpenter’s shop producing stairs and wood range both for the needs of our own construction sites, and for external order.
Short history of Unihouse
UNIHOUSE while being a PLC, until the end of 2008 was also leading developer on the Warsaw market, where the company constructed multi-family buildings and detached house estates. 01.09.2009 merger of UNIHOUSE sp. z o.o. with UNIBEP S.A. takes place and from this moment the company operates as UNIHOUSE, Branch of UNIBEP S.A.
