SINTEF Norwegian Building Research Institute (Norway)
Approval for modular houses of timber construction and certificate for timber construction elements

SINTEF Norwegian Building Research Institute is approving entity, and simultaneously technical authority for product control and certification. The Institute issues product documentation in form of Technical Approval, which confirms, that a product is suitable for the given use, and also presents documentation describing quality, satisfies document requests in relation to regulations and indicates direction for application of the subject of certification.

ISO 9001:2008 PN-EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality management systems - international standard specifying requirements, which should be met by a quality management system in an organization.	OHSAS 18001:2007 OHSAS 18001 is international specification of OHS management systems. It has been formulated by a team of selected top commercial entities and international normalising and certifying organisations to fill the loophole, which contained no international standards certified by an independent entity.

This Certificate for Unihouse Branch Unibep S.A. for serial production of complete modular houses conforming to requirements of standards: GOST22853: “Mobile buildings. General technical conditions” and GOST11047-90: “Small elements and wood products for low residential buildings and public utility buildings”, issued on basis of Voluntary Certification System “Interregional Standard”, confirms right to use MRST System Conformity Mark.
