Hotel/motel construction

As the motorway and express roads are being constructed, it is necessary to construct gas stations, motels and gastronomy points along them. UNIHOUSE technologies may be found very useful there. Modular technology is especially predestined for construction of cheap motels, where a motel for several guests may be constructed on previously prepared foundation within few days. A sufficient hotel room interior either for one or two guests is created, yet at module external width of 3.8 m. Since the modules can be coupled freely, hotel rooms arrangement is enabled for more guests.

With the module transport length up to 14 m, one module comprises 2 single or double rooms.

Perfect heat insulation of the building makes electric radiators a sufficient heating source, while can be turned off when no hotel guests are present, what results in significant lowering of the running costs.
