Modular Multi-family Houses
The framing technology in modular system, applied by the UNIHOUSE Company, suits perfectly for realization of different structures, including multi-family and social houses. As far as Poland is concerned, concrete or reinforced concrete technologies are dominant, while in Norway, a prevailing form of multi-family construction is modular timber framing technology. Sometimes, these buildings are quite high - up to 6 storeys.

The framing technology (particularly modular) enables flash construction of reasonably cheap flats. It is of a significant importance, when providing flats by self-government authorities in case of different natural hazards.

Flats in the framing technology are so warm, that there is no need for installing a stove or central heating, with electric radiators being fully sufficient. Costs of electric heating of flat with the framing technology are lower in comparison to heating of traditional buildings using different sources of energy.
