We are pleased to announce that, together with DPZ Sp. z o.o., we have signed a contract for the construction in modular technology of a Senior Citizens' Home in Detmold, Germany.

This is another project for the German market and another care institution of this type. This time, as part of the contract, we will design and build a three-storey high residential building with 41 flats. The construction will be based on the principles of sustainable development, and there will be applied ecological solutions to ensure that future residents will benefit from renewable sources of energy.
