In Tromsø, we have completed a project that demonstrates the potential of modular technology in the demanding climatic conditions of northern Norway. Tomasjordnes Pir6 consists of two multi-family buildings constructed using modular technology, designed with the specific characteristics of the region and high standards of usability in mind.
The investment involved the construction of a total of 52 apartments with a usable area of 3,180 m². We used 156 modules to create 5- and 6-story buildings. The production of elements in controlled conditions in a hall, followed by their assembly on site, allowed the entire project to be completed in 10 months, while maintaining precision of workmanship and consistent quality.

Modular technology is ideal for projects in regions with variable weather conditions. A stable production process, a limited number of operations on the construction site, and high assembly efficiency allow for a shorter schedule and provide the investor with predictability of implementation.
