UniqueHOUSE modular homes feature a solid construction with external dimensions of 12.72 meters in length and 4.39 meters in width. The roof height on the higher side is 3.39 meters, while on the lower side, it is 3.29 meters. Thanks to this design, the cottages provide a comfortable interior space of 31.99 m² and a spacious terrace of 12.52 m². The walls, floor, and ceiling are insulated with mineral wool, providing excellent thermal insulation, making them ideal for year-round use.
Equipment and Standard of Finishing
UniqueHOUSE cottages are characterized by carefully selected finishing materials. The roofing is made of a membrane, ensuring durability and resistance to various weather conditions. Heating is provided by an air conditioner with a heating function, along with an additional electric heater in the bathroom. The windows are triple-glazed, constructed from wood with aluminum caps or PVC. The facade is available in two finishes, and the modern kitchen appliances elevate the standard of the houses, ensuring full functionality.

Our modular cottages are designed for year-round use, regardless of weather conditions. Thanks to careful insulation and well-thought-out ventilation, the interiors provide optimal thermal comfort.
