Project in Saffransgatan, Gothenburg - state-of-the-art modular construction

In Saffransgatan, Gothenburg, we completed a multi-family modular building with five storeys and 34 functional flats. The project was constructed using our prefabricated timber module technology, which allowed all stages of construction to be completed quickly and efficiently.

Our tasks included the comprehensive implementation of the project, from the design work, through the construction of the foundations and earthworks, to the installation of the modules and the finishing touches. The building meets all the requirements of the Swedish BBR building regulations and ABT 06 contract conditions, ensuring the highest quality and durability of the construction.

The project investor is the Swedish public developer, Göteborgs Egnahems AB, based in Gothenburg. This is our next project in the Swedish market after the successful Kantorn 2 project in Tumba, Botkyrka Municipality. Our bid was selected through a public tender due to our competitive price and the high quality we guarantee in every project we carry out.
