In Frankfurt am Menn, we will construct eight four-storey multi-family buildings commissioned by the Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben (BImA). The net value of the investment is approximately EUR 35.7 million, which is equivalent to approximately PLN 152.6 million net.

The project includes 160 flats and 100 parking spaces in an underground car park, five of which are adapted for wheelchair users. The buildings will contain flats ranging in size from 38 to 78 m² – from one-room to four-room flats – tailored to the needs of both elderly people living alone and families with children.

The multi-family buildings will be constructed using modular technology in accordance with the KFW 40 energy efficiency standard.
