The board of Unibep SA has signed the agreement for the realisation of six buildings of modular technology within an investment named EnergiParken in Melhus in Norway.
The investment includes the design and turn-key construction of six residential buildings of modular technology. These buildings shall comprise 106 flats collectively. The ordering party is Løvsetvegen 4 AS with its head office in Ranheim in Norway, a subsidiary of Seljedalen AS, of which Unibep SA has a 50% share.
