The Stuttgarter Wohnungs- und Städtebaugesellschaft (SWSG) modular housing project in Stuttgart, which we completed, has been awarded the prestigious ‘Wohnbauten des Jahres 2024’ award. The SWSG project in Stuttgart was a distinctive development, designed and built with a forward-thinking, ecological approach to housing. The entire project was constructed using modular technology, with each building component prefabricated in our factory and assembled on-site.
