On March 18, 2025, a topping out wreath was placed on the modular multi-family building under construction in Trzebiatów, marking the completion of a key assembly phase. In just eight days, a four-story building was erected as part of the Social Housing Initiative (SIM KZN Zachodniopomorskie).
