On June 11, 2025, in Łochów, the conference "Technological Changes in Building Construction" took place, as part of the "Saint-Gobain for Modern Architecture" series.
Among the speakers was Marcin Gołębiewski, President of Unihouse, who spoke about the company’s experience in the implementation of modular projects—both in foreign markets and in Poland—with particular focus on projects co-financed by the National Recovery Plan (KPO).
It is thanks to KPO funding that projects such as the municipal building on Kolorowa Street in Gdańsk, the nursery in Ciechanów, and the residential buildings in Świdwin and Kamienna Góra have been completed. All these projects share a common denominator: high energy efficiency, shortened construction time, and standardized quality—made possible by prefabrication technology.
We would like to thank Saint-Gobain in Poland for the invitation and the valuable meeting. It was a great opportunity to exchange experiences, compare solutions, and discuss the challenges currently facing the entire construction sector—from costs, through environmental requirements, to time pressure.
