The project included the design, planning, production, and execution of construction works for a senior home with accommodation, medical and nursing care for elderly persons, stationary care, and residential units.
The building on a foundation was constructed using modular technology with a wooden frame structure, delivered in a turnkey standard, following the design and build formula.

The ordering-company Carestone is Germany's largest operator and seller of real estate for seniors, having delivered 17,500 units to the market. The cornerstone for the project was laid on June 22.
