The construction of the ‘B’ multi-family residential building at 18 Kolorowa Street in Gdańsk, together with the technical infrastructure and landscaping, is another step in the development of modern and functional residential spaces in the region.

The project involves the construction of a four-storey multi-family building with 15 comfortable residential units. The construction of the building includes a reinforced concrete staircase and lift shaft, which will ensure the convenience and comfort of the residents. The entire building will be covered with a gabled, sloping roof, which will emphasise the classic character of the architecture and at the same time fit in with modern housing trends.

The building will have a total area of 1,242.72 m², of which the usable area is 894.23 m², which will ensure optimum room layout and functionality of the flats. The project also includes the development of a 5,220 m² site, which will allow for the creation of communal space, green areas and associated infrastructure.
