Unibep achieved the best result among general contractors in Warsaw, it was responsible for 29 residential investments – according to the monthly journal "Builder" in the report on the largest and most interesting residential projects to be implemented from the first quarter of 2015. 

The report was published in the July issue of the monthly magazine. It is based on the list of medium and large investments in Poland featured on Kompasinwestycji.pl. It describes three projects lead by Unibep SA: Rondo Wiatraczna, Aura Sky and URSA Smart City. 

This issue of the magazine also includes an interview entitled "Leader of Change" with Jan Mikołuszko, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Unibep SA and the winner of the Golden Hercules statuette.
