On 12, 2019, Unibep SA signed a contract for turnkey construction of four residential buildings comprising 200 apartments overall. Two of them will be constructed to the height of 7 above-ground storeys, another two, to the height of 8 storeys.
Project "HeimdalsPorten" is another investment of Unihouse in the municipality of Trondheim in Norway. The value of the agreement is approx. PLN 85 million net. The commencement of construction works is scheduled for the third quarter of 2019, and completion of the investment for the first quarter of 2020. Foundation work is underway.
The buildings were designed by the RettHjem Arkitekter architectural studio.
- We are looking forward to joint implementation with Rostendal AS. It's a sizable investment that requires a lot of work from all of us. At the same time, we are proud that once again we have been trusted and entrusted with the implementation of a housing estate - says Roman Jakubowski, the commercial director of the Unihouse SA.
Unihouse has already built almost 2,100 flats, and over 430 are under construction.
