On 13 February 2020, UNIHOUSE SA signed a contract for the implementation of a residential building constructed in modular technology in the city of Strømmen, located about 20 kilometers from the capital of Norway.

The subject matter of the contract is the design and turnkey construction of a building in which there will be a total of 24 apartments and an office area. It will consist of five above-ground floors constructed in modular technology and one basement floor being a reinforced concrete structure.

The structure of the building has been adjusted to the shape of the land plot, and most of the modules have been designed to have unusual trapezoidal shape. The building has been designed by the RettHjem Arkitekter architectural office.

Development works will start in the first quarter of 2020, production is scheduled for the third quarter of 2020, and completion of the investment for the first quarter of 2021.
