Unihouse SA Will Erect Housing Estate For ‘Polskie Domy Drewniane’ Company
Unihouse SA will erect a single family housing for the ‘Polskie Domy Drewniane’ Company in Choroszcz, at Rybacka Street. The contract of the net value of PLN 9.0 M was signed on 14 October 2020.
In Choroszcz (Białystok District, Podlaskie Province), the estate of ten two-storey-single family twin-homes and one two-storey commercial facility will be completed. 22 parking lots are planned to erect on the construction site. Civil works in Choroszcza shall start in the 1st quarter 2021, but engineering and designing works shall follow already in the 4th quarter 2020.

According to the contract the Choroszcza Project shall be completed in the 4rt quarter 2021.
The ‘Polskie Domy Drewniane’ company is a developer, which have completed energy-saving dwelling, commercial and multi-purpose houses using wood coming from the domestic timber and construction resources as a main construction material.
