Unihouse SA has signed a contract for a modular technology project called "Signaturhagen" in Kongsberg, Norway. It is a modular project consisting of four buildings with 48 apartments in total. The ordering party is Signaturhagen Kongsberg AS with its seat in Oslo, Norway. The contract value is about 80.2 million NOK net, which is the equivalent of about 34.9 million PLN net.
The investment was designed by the Uniarch Sp. z o.o. design office, which was established in 2013 in Białystok as the Polish branch of the Norwegian company Rett Hjem Arkitekter.
- The Signaturhagen Kongsber project is designed not only to provide an adequate number of comfortable and attractive apartments, but also to create conditions conducive to building bonds and interpersonal relations, making the place safe and friendly to all its users, as well as to sensitize us to the constant presence and beauty of the surrounding nature - this is how the architects write when they present the project.
Signaturhagen is part of the investment company Mont Investor AS, with whom we are already working through Mont Investor's Pilares, currently developing a residential project in Norway called "Strømsveien 81".
- The concept realized by Signaturhagen is based on creating conditions in the place of residence which are conducive to building bonds and interpersonal relations, making their projects safe and friendly, as well as making us sensitive to the beauty of the surrounding nature, says Roman Jakubowski, member of the Management Board of Unihouse SA. - The natural, ecological, wooden, energy-saving modules of Unihouse, on the basis of which the apartments are designed, fully correspond to the investor's concept and reinforce the positive message addressed to future apartment owners. Living in harmony with nature and living in harmony with nature are popular in Scandinavian countries, and nowadays they find more and more followers all over Europe, which is reflected in the growing interest in the Unihouse offer. For instance, we have already completed projects in Poland and Germany, and we are going to start working on them in 2021.
It is worth mentioning that, according to the contract, the commencement of the design works is scheduled for the first quarter of 2021 and the completion of the investment is planned for the second quarter of 2022.
As we stated in the stock exchange release - the execution of the agreement was conditioned upon its approval by the Board of Directors within the structures of the ordering party, which should take place by the end of February 2021.
