We cooperate with the School Complex No. 1 in Bielsk Podlaski for many years, supporting the first steps of construction students. We support them not only in terms of subject matter, but we also provide first work experience during the apprenticeship, which students take part in the Unihouse Modular Homes Factory. Last Monday, we offered them to gain knowledge in a different form - we invited them to play the game "Master Builders". During the game, the students play the roles of owners of construction companies, who have to deal with running a company and realizing subsequent investments. The winner is the person who develops their business the most.

Such events allow young people to get acquainted with the ins and outs of working in the construction sector, as well as to acquire skills in investing and building strategies. Moreover, such activities strengthen relations and build a positive image of our company among local youth. We would like to thank Ms. Marta Gołębiewska-Szczykowska, Vice Director, for the invitation. We hope that many of the present students will join the staff of #Unikalnych in the near future!
