The Management Board of UNIBEP S.A. (the Issuer, the Company) announces that on 2 July 2021 the Issuer's subsidiary UNIHOUSE S.A. with registered office in Bielsk Podlaski received information that Torgata 2 Sarpsborg AS with its registered office in Jessheim, Norway (the Principal) signed on 29 June 2021 a contract for execution of a modular technology investment named "Torggata 4" in Sarpsborg, Norway (Contract).
