Modular building has been known and used for many years in Europe and still gains popularity in our country. 

The topic of prefabricated construction in the context of design challenges was raised by Virtus Studio on 29 June during their event "Design Challenges in Modular Construction". The special guest was Tomasz Perkowski, Architect of Unihouse SA, who talked about the problems appearing in projects realized in modular technology.
