On 1 March, we signed another contract! This time we will design and build a development in Oslo called 'Arvollveien'. It will be a multi-family building with a basement and underground garage, with service units on the ground floor and 22 residential units of 1970 m2 in a wooden modular construction. We are delighted with the trust that has been placed in us for years on the Norwegian market. This is proof of the good quality, punctuality and solid workmanship of the investments carried out by Unihouse.

We plan to start design work in Q1 and construction work in Q3 2023. Completion of the investment is planned for Q2 2024.
