On 28 and 29 February 2024r. held Open Days at the construction of a multi-family modular building in Świdwin for SIM ‘KZN - Zachodniopomorskie’ Sp. z o.o.. This was a unique opportunity not only for those interested in sustainable construction and new technologies, but also for committed future residents.
The new multi-family modular building was created from 30 prefabricated modules that took just three days to assemble. With these, we built a 4-storey block with 28 apartments.
In addition, it is worth emphasising that construction using Unihouse modules fully complies with the ‘Do No Significant Harm’ rule for the environment, also known as ‘Do No Significant Harm’ (DNSH). This principle is central to our operations, as we place great emphasis on minimising negative environmental impacts during the construction process. As a result, our innovative modular multifamily buildings not only benefit the residents, but also take care of our environment.
