We have signed a contract with SIM Zagłębie Sp. z o.o. for the construction of a multi-family housing estate on Odkrywkowa Street in Będzin.
As part of this investment, we will build seven modular multi-family houses, each consisting of two above-ground floors and a usable attic. In total, 95 apartments will be created, providing comfortable living conditions for future residents. We also ensure full development of the surrounding area, including communal spaces for the residents.
We use modular construction technology, which allows us to complete projects faster and more precisely than with traditional methods. Our modules are manufactured under controlled factory conditions, enabling us to maintain high quality and consistency. We shorten construction time and minimize the impact of weather conditions, allowing our clients to move into their new apartments sooner.
