On 9 September 2025 in Złocieniec, together with the investor SIM KZN Zachodniopomorskie, we planted a tree and symbolically marked the beginning of construction of a new residential building.
The project will deliver a five-storey residential building with 30 apartments featuring functional layouts and a variety of sizes – from 32.78 m² to 63.22 m². The building will be equipped with an elevator. A total of 39 parking spaces are planned within the investment area, including 3 dedicated for people with disabilities.
We would like to thank all those who joined us on this special day: Mayor of Złocieniec Małgorzata Głodek, President of SIM KZN Zachodniopomorskie Tomasz Trun, representative of the National Real Estate Resource Gustaw Kwaśniewski, Councillors of the Złocieniec City Council, Councillors of the Drawsko County Council, representatives of municipal companies, as well as our partner local government officials – including Krzysztof Kurowski, Mayor of Kalisz Pomorski. Also present were representatives of Unihouse: Management Board Member Kamil Kowalczyk, Director of Construction Andrzej Kozioł, Contract Manager Kamil Kibart, and Key Account Advisor Miłosz Konieczny.
We are proud that this investment is being built using timber modular technology, which fully complies with the DNSH directive. Thanks to this approach, construction will be efficient, and the final result – durable and tailored to the needs of future residents.
