We have signed a contract for the construction of a development on Piaskowa Street in Wasilków (Podlaskie Voivodeship). Four three-storey municipal multi-family buildings will be built here.
Social housing is an important element in the development of towns and municipalities. And modular technology makes it possible for such projects to be completed faster, within a predictable budget, and with consistently high quality. As a result, residents gain access to new apartments in a shorter time.
The Town and Municipality of Wasilków shows that effective local government actions bring results – as much as 85% of the financing for this investment comes from BGK – Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego. Thanks to this, projects are possible that directly contribute to the growth and attractiveness of the town and municipality.
