We have signed a contract with Społeczna Inicjatywa Mieszkaniowa KZN – Kaszuby Sp. z o.o. for the construction of a 3-storey multi-family building in Kielno, in the Szemud municipality (Pomeranian Voivodeship). The development will include apartments as well as full accompanying infrastructure with external installations: gas, electricity, water supply, sanitary and stormwater sewerage.

Every new housing investment changes the space and the way the entire municipality functions. Modular technology makes it possible to build faster – and the result is durable buildings that quickly become part of the local landscape.
