The first shovel has been struck — construction begins for the Social Housing Initiative SIM KZN Kaszuby in Kielno, Poland!
On October 2, 2025, we ceremoniously broke ground for the construction of a new residential building in Kielno. The event was attended by the Investor — SIM KZN Kaszuby, representatives of the Municipality of Szemud, and invited guests.
The project includes 18 rental apartments with an option to purchase. The new three-story building, located at Królewska Street in Kielno, is designed with comfort in mind — it will feature an elevator and 22 parking spaces (including two accessible spaces).
The 18 apartments, ranging from 42 to 78 m², have been carefully designed for functionality and optimal natural lighting.
The investment is being carried out using modular construction technology, allowing for rapid assembly and consistently high quality standards. The project complies with the DNSH (Do No Significant Harm) principle and has a solid financial foundation — nearly half of the funding comes from non-repayable government support (the Housing Subsidy Fund and the National Recovery Plan).
Preparatory works on the construction site are currently underway. In the coming months, module installation will begin.
We are proud to be working together with SIM KZN Kaszuby on another project that will improve housing availability. Soon, a building will rise in Kielno that will become home to several families — a testament to solid and well-executed work.
