The total value of the investment amounts to approximately EUR 35.7 million net, which equals around PLN 152.6 million net.
The project includes 160 apartments and 100 parking spaces in an underground garage, five of which are adapted for people using wheelchairs.
The buildings will feature apartments ranging in size from 38 to 78 m² – from one-room to four-room units – designed to meet the needs of both elderly residents living independently and families with children.
The residential buildings will be constructed using modular technology, in compliance with the KfW 40 energy efficiency standard.
A high degree of prefabrication, energy-efficient design, and consideration of the entire life cycle (from construction to demolition or recycling) play a significant role in the project. 💚
