On 27 January 2026, we took part in the ceremonial signing of the foundation act and the laying of a time capsule for the first SIM KZN Kaszuby investment. The event was attended by, among others, Emil Rojek, Deputy Governor of Pomerania, Witold Reclaf, Deputy Starost of Wejherowo County, Ryszard Kalkowski, Mayor of Szemud Municipality, and Jarosław Szydłak, President of SIM KZN Kaszuby.
Ready-made modules manufactured in our factory will soon be delivered to the construction site, and their assembly will take only 4 days. The building under construction is a three-storey building with a lift, comprising 18 flats of various sizes – from two-room (42 m²) to five-room (78 m²), including premises adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.
