Unibep SA has signed an agreement for turnkey design and construction of a 3-storey residential building in modular technology comprising 24 apartments altogether.

The value of the agreement is approximately PLN 10 million net.

The commencement of designing works has been set for the first quarter of 2019, and the commencement of construction works has been planned for the third quarter of 2019. The investment is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2019. 

- The Nitteberglia Project will be the third realisation in the Skedsmo commune in Norway. We have built  the "Kjellergård" housing estate in the village of Kjeller and "Kvartal 1" in Lillestrøm. We are pleased with the confidence in our company - says Roman Jakubowski, the director of the Unihouse Department.
