The company Unibep SA, on March 7, 2019, signed an agreement for turnkey design and construction of 92 modules. They will be constructed as part of the implementation of the biggest tropical water park in Poland and Europe.

The scope of Unibep's works includes the delivery of an all-season bungalow housing estate within the framework of the first stage of the "Park of Poland" project, construction of the "Suntago" water park and recreational holiday houses.

The investment is located in Wręcza village, in Mszczonów municipality in the Mazowieckie voivodship. The production launch is scheduled for the first quarter of 2019, and the completion of the Agreement for the third quarter of 2019.

The Ordering Party is Moyome Sp. z o.o., a company which belongs to the Global City Holdings B.V. Capital Group. The value of the agreement is approx. PLN 14.6 million net.

- We successfully operate on the Polish market. Less than three months have passed since the contract for the implementation of the halls of residence in Sopot was signed when we have marked another success - says Roman Jakubowski, director of the Unihouse Branch.

Let us remind that the main market of Unihouse remains Scandinavia, but the company has decided to operate also on the domestic market.
