Unihouse will build another multi-family building in Gdańsk!

The investment of Gdańska Infrastruktura Społeczna which we are starting now is the second of the buildings on Cienista Street. It will be located next to the building awarded last year in the competition of the Ministry of Climate and Environment "Project with climate". - the building of Gdańsk Integration and Family House, which was also realized by Unihouse company as the General Contractor.

The subject of the contract is a four-flat building with total usable area of 301.37 m2 (2 flats with area of about 55 m2 and 2 flats with area of about 65 m2). The construction of the building will be based on modular wooden technology. The shape, scale and colors of the building fit in with the landscape and buildings located in the immediate vicinity. The investment is carried out under the Gdañsk Supported Housing Programme. The building will be intended for single mothers.
Completion of the design works has been set for 5 months from the date of signing the Agreement.
