Unihouse with new contract for SIM multifamily modular building in Trzebiatow.
We are pleased to announce that we have signed a new contract for the construction of the SIM multifamily modular building in Trzebiatow. The project will be located on Krysztalowa Street on plot No. 472, covering an area of 3,600 sqm realized for Sim Kzn Zachodniopoomorskie.
The project envisages the construction of a four-story residential building, which will include 48 comfortable apartments with areas ranging from 37.3 m² to 68.7 m². Each apartment in the SIM multifamily modular building in Trzebiatow will be equipped with a balcony, and first floor apartments will additionally have terraces. The building will have three staircases and three passenger elevators, providing convenient access to all apartments. Technical rooms will be located on the first floor, and the plot will include 37 parking spaces, including 3 adapted for the disabled.
