We have started construction of a modern multi-family building in Trzebiatów!
On 4 October, a symbolic shovel-driving ceremony took place, officially starting our next investment for SIM KZN Zachodniopomorskie. This is Unihouse's second realisation for this investor, which demonstrates our mutual trust and commitment to the development of sustainable construction in the region. The event was attended by representatives of key institutions, including Kamil Kowalczyk, Unihouse board member, Wojciech Zdanowski, Construction Manager, Tomasz Trun, President of SIM KZN Zachodniopomorskie, Marzena Domaradzka, Mayor of Trzebiatów, Krzysztof Kizik, President of Zakład Budynków Komunalnych in Trzebiatów, Tadeusz Wojtkiewicz, Vice-Chairman of the City Council, Danuta Sudaj, Councillor, and Krzysztof Malicki, member of the Gryfice district board.
The project involves the construction of a four-storey building with a total area of 3,600 m². This modern building will comprise 81 modules and 48 comfortable flats ranging in size from 37.3 m² to 68.7 m², each with its own balcony, and those on the ground floor will additionally have spacious terraces. The building will have three staircases and lifts, which will provide convenient access to the flats on all floors. The estate will have 37 parking spaces, including 3 for the disabled.
The project in Trzebiatów is the next step in the development of modular construction in Poland. Thanks to the use of modern Unihouse technology, the building will be completed in just 12 months, which will allow us to quickly hand over comfortable flats to future tenants.
