Poland's first modular multifamily building SIM Built!
On 23 July, a ceremony was held to mark the completion of the first SIM in modular timber technology. This event opens a new chapter in the history of Polish modular construction, highlighting our commitment to modern and efficient solutions.

Innovation and speed of execution
The building in Świdwin, realised for SIM investor KZN Zachodniopomorskie, stands out not only for its scale, but also for its unprecedented speed of realisation. From the moment the contract was signed in September, we immediately began intensive design and production work. We carried out assembly in January, which, thanks to the precise logistics and experience of our teams, took just three days. Already in February, we organised open days at the construction site, allowing interested parties to learn about the progress and innovative solutions used in the project. Just ten months after the contract was signed, the building was fully completed.
Comfort and functionality at the highest level - about the investment
The building consists of 30 modules with 28 modern flats and a commercial unit on the ground floor. The flats designed as part of this project range in size from 26.09 m² to 69.18 m² to meet the diverse needs of future residents. Each flat has an associated storage room, which increases functionality and convenience. The building is equipped with two staircases, each with access to modern lifts, which ensures easy and comfortable access to all floors.
As many as 37 parking spaces are provided on the plot, which guarantees the convenience and availability of parking spaces for all residents and their guests. Also, the youngest residents are provided with a safe playground. Thanks to the well-thought-out site infrastructure, residents will be able to enjoy the convenience and comfort of everyday life in modern surroundings.
