- Due to the fact that we facilitate contact on various matters through the unibep.pl website, we process your personal data for various purposes, in a range of scopes, and on different legal bases. In order to provide you with precise information on the processing of your personal data, we have grouped your personal data according to the purpose of the processing.
- Employee Recruitment
- Scope of the data. For the recruitment process, we process personal data and documents sent on the application form: full name, telephone number, e-mail address, curriculum vitae, covering letter, photo.
- Legal basis: Consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of ongoing and/or future recruitment, expressed by ticking the appropriate check box or boxes on the application form on the subpage with the job advertisement.
- Presentation of our service portfolio
- Scope of the data. In order to prepare and present our service portfolio, we process the following personal data sent by means of a contact form: full name, e-mail address, website address, telephone number, content of the inquiry.
- Legal basis: The processing is necessary to take action at the request of the data subject prior to the conclusion of the contract.
- Handling of other contact-form enquiries
- Scope of the data In order to respond to enquiries which are not a request to present our service portfolio, we process the following data sent by means of a contact form: full name, e-mail address, website address, telephone number, content of the enquiry.
- Legal basis: Our legitimate interest (processing at the request of the data subject).
If personal data is collected by any means other than the unibep.com website (telephone, e-mail, etc.), we will also process it exclusively for the purpose for which it was provided, and for the period of time necessary to achieve this purpose. In the event of a planned change in the purpose of processing, we always ask the owners of personal data for their consent and inform them about the changing conditions of the data processing.

- We use cookies to ensure the proper functioning of the website, and in particular to adjust the content of the website to the users’ preferences and optimise the use of the website. In particular, these files allow us to recognise the basic parameters of the users’ devices (such as device type, screen resolution, access country) and thus to properly display a website tailored to their needs.

- We transfer your personal data to service providers, whom we use to manage the website. - Our service providers are mainly based in Poland and in other countries in the European Economic Area (EEA), e.g. Ireland. Some of these have their registered offices outside the EEA. - The Controller stores Users’ personal data for a period which is no longer than the period necessary to prepare a personalised portfolio / conduct a recruitment process / respond to other enquiries, and which allows the Controller to perform its duties. - As the Personal-Data Controller, we make every effort to ensure the safety of your personal data.

- only allow the processing of the personal data by persons who hold an authorisation we have issued
- ensure control over the correctness of the processing of the personal data
- keep records of the persons authorised to process personal data, and exercise special care so that the persons authorised to process such data keep it secret, including after the completion of the Service
- keep the documentation required by law, describing the manner of the processing of the entrusted personal data, and also implement technical and organisational measures ensuring the protection of the processing of such data
- ensure that the IT and telecommunications equipment and the systems used for processing personal data comply with the
requirements of the Regulation of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the documentation of personal data processing, and the technical and organisational conditions to be met by the equipment and systems.
